Ladies and gentlemen, it’s Zane Donovan here reporting to you this pre-season game from Shawshank Stadium! These two division rivals are showing up to keep it spicy in the regular season, as the Pride and the Tides are keeping it close! While Davenport so far is showing a good amount of improvement, it's PDQ who isn't relenting in the blue team, putting them in the early lead! Q1> QNS 22, BGR 25.
Halfway in, these two are keeping it close! Tevela is proving himself to be the main big guy in Queens, reaching the double digits in points, while many others like D-League highlight Hockner and legacy swingfur Knutten are keeping the aid going. While it seems the Pride found a groove, Bangor is not struggling one bit, as Sluggy is leading the scoreboard with 12 points! Kidane is keeping the defense with 6 rebounds and Poulettier is finding his wings under the tutelage of fellow countryfur Blanc Mange and is flying high! It can go anyway so stay tuned! Q2> QNS 47, BGR 48.
Neck and neck, but what Tevela or Wilds do, Quaastch and Kidane have an answer for. These two are keeping it close and intense! The zebra and the apex with 14 a piece, while Wilds is taking advantage of her good chance to shine in Queens with 12 baskets to her name. Anything can happen, don't miss a beat! Q3> QNS 69, BGR 70.
Seems that instead of aiming for baskets, both teams are trying their hardest to keep each other from scoring in this last quarter, which made Kidane get a glint in his eye and he came alive! Davenport and Tevela are keeping it strong on the basket area, but Pura Quaastch and the Apex are there to reply. What became of the previous super close quarters became into the Tides squeaking a bit more points in the end, giving them the victory!
We got the Apex on the apex of it all; Raoul Kidane is our POTG with 19 points, 8 out of 12, and hear this, 14 rebounds! PDQ excelled in this game too, showing she got the chops to hold the Tidal fort, with 16 points. On the other side, Davenport with 15 points and a little bit of everything else all around, with assists and a steal, and Tevela with the most points, with 16, and 7 rebounds. Final> QNS 92, BGR 97.
